Majority of orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail
or Priory Mail.

States:
Free shipping for purchases of $55 or more
Flat rate of $5.95 for orders up to $55 (USPS First Class/Priority
mail).
Shipping and Handling Charges for Canada:
6.95 for all orders received from Canada (Air Mail) |

| If you are not completely satisfied with the
quality of our products we will gladly refund you the full amount
for the unused products. If your feel you have received a product
with a manufacture defect and would not wish to receive a replacement
we will gladly refund you the full purchased price. |

| Term and Conditions: |

- Before returning a product you must fill out and send
us a Return Request Form
from our web site
- Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable unless
wrong item has been shipped to you. We will pay for the
shipping cost of the returned items to us in such case.
- Most products can be refunded within 30 days of the purchased
date
- All free shipped products will be charged $6.95 if it
is returned for a refund
- All products with manufacturer defect can be exchanged
within 90 days
- If a product was determined to be non-defective, a 30%
restocking fee will be charged
- All cancellation must be faxed to tonerfair.com within
24 hours of the placing the order.
- 40% restocking fee will be charged for all cancel orders
placed after they have been shipped
